In November 2023, the developer acquired a 14.81-acre parcel in Sector 58, near Golf Course Extension Road, for ₹597 crore, signalling its intent to enter the National Capital Region for the first time. It is a debut that Chairman Vikas Oberoi described as proof that the brand travels well beyond Mumbai.
Behind this launch stands a developer with 51 delivered projects spanning 17.3 million sq ft, and a further 34 million sq ft currently under construction. For Gurugram's luxury buyers, Three Sixty North is less an experiment and more an extension of a proven playbook, now unfolding on the Golf Course Extension Road corridor.
