Oberoi Business Square is envisioned as a premium commercial development within GIFT City, Ahmedabad's international financial services hub. The project is conceived to serve the growing demand from banks, fund houses, fintech firms, and professional services companies that are setting up operations in the IFSC, offering them a business address designed around efficiency, prestige, and long-term value.
